Intellectual property

The name, logo, texts, and visual elements of The ClubHouse are protected. Any reproduction or use without prior authorisation is prohibited.

Age requirement

The ClubHouse is intended for players aged 18 and over. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly keep accounts for minors; if you believe a minor holds an account, write to contact@the-clubhouse.app and we will remove it.

Data sources & credits

Our directory of tennis venues is built from several sources, and each keeps its own terms:

France — the public sports-facility register (Data ES / RES), published under the Licence Ouverte / Etalab 2.0.
Locations — some venue positions come from OpenStreetMap. That data is © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL); see openstreetmap.org/copyright.
Identity — clubs outside France are identified through Google Maps. We store only the place identifier; nothing else from Google is kept beyond the period its terms allow.
